The pneumatic compressed air aftercooler 2000 l/min provides perfectly dry compressed air, necessary for an even abrasive flow and fault-free blasting. As the unit is driven entirely by a pneumatic motor, it requires no power supply. The motor uses approximately 200 l/min of compressed air, making it efficient for mobile blasting projects and in locations where electricity is not available.

By cooling the compressed air to around 9°C above ambient temperature, moisture is effectively removed via the integrated centrifugal separator. This prevents clogging, wear, moisture ingress into the blast pot and irregular blasting patterns, ensuring that your blasting equipment continues to operate optimally under all conditions.

The high-quality heat exchanger with copper pipes and aluminium fins guarantees constant air quality. The aftercooler is ready for operation within one minute. Optional oil and particulate filters ensure even cleaner compressed air, ideal for intensive and long-term professional use.
