Powder coating wall with fan 1500 m3/h

This powder coating wall helps you keep your powder coating room tidy and safe. The wall is the perfect size to be used in combination with the powder coating oven XL. The exhaust wall is 175 cm high, 87 cm wide and weighs 70 kg.

Included is a fan with a capacity of 1500 m3/h. The single-phase motor runs on 400 V (1100W) and can therefore be used in any workshop. The fan should be placed at least 3 metres away from the extraction wall and preferably in a separate room so that the air cannot circulate. The fan should be connected to an extraction wall via the duct provided.

Integrated filter indicators let you know when to change filters. The blanket filter measuring 163x66cm lasts about 5 kg of powder and costs €8 including VAT. The filter price works out at just €0.20 per car wheel. There are also two bag filters behind the blanket filter that need to be replaced every 125 kg of atomised powder. We can supply both blanket and bag filters.
