Place the trailer at a sufficient distance from the work and connect the blast pot with the black air hose.

Connect the blast hose. Tip: keep the steel locking device above.

Are you using the 20-metre extension hose? Connect the blue tapped coupling to the blast kettle.

Connect the water and steering hoses.

For wet blasting: connect the water hose.

Before starting the compressor, open the left air valve. Note! Once the compressor has started, close this valve.

Pre-glow the compressor by turning the key two clicks clockwise. Wait +/- 10 sec and start by turning the key fully clockwise.

Close the left air valve and slowly open the right air valve.

(Edit) Check that both taps are slightly open. You can hear these hissing and they take care of draining the moisture.

Check that the pump-through valve is fully open.

On the left the input air pressure (compressor) and on the right the jet pressure.

Set the desired blast pressure. This is the force with which the abrasive is sprayed onto the surface.

Open the lid and fill with blasting medium.

Put the lid back on the blast pot. Never blast without the lid!

The blasting set is ready for use. To start blasting press the round button + lever.

During blasting, slowly turn the adjustment knob (amount of abrasive) open and stop turning when desired result is achieved.

For wet blasting: Adjust the amount of water.
