Place the compressor at a sufficient distance from the work and connect the blast pot as shown. Check that the hoses are correctly connected.

Open an air valve to allow the compressor to start unloaded. Pre-anneal the compressor and start by turning the red knob. Hold the knob for +/- 5 sec. Close the open air valve.

Check that all hoses are correctly connected and slowly open the air valve.

Place the hopper in the blast pot and open a bag of abrasive.

Fill the blast pot and remove the funnel.

Make sure no residue from the bag gets into the boiler. This will prevent blockages.

Make sure the filler valve is free of abrasive. It should seal 100%.

Lay the blast hose as straight as possible and without unnecessary (sharp) bends. This will prevent blockages.

The blasting set is ready for use. To start blasting press the round button + lever.

During blasting, turn the adjustment knob (amount of abrasive) open until desired result. Caution! The further the adjusting knob is opened, the higher the abrasive consumption.

Use the rotary knob on top of the blast pot to set the desired air pressure. This is the force with which the abrasive is sprayed onto the surface.
